Personally, I like the more rustic look of cedar siding and exposed ceiling rafters but if you going with a futuristic looking interior I imagine it would clash with the exterior.

If the property was not exposed to the market through advertising it's not a comp as it fails to meet the definition of market value.I've seen private sales, and I've done some, where other personal property was involved that influenced the price agreed to, certainly a consideration that spoiled the transaction as a comp.

I feel the same way about new investors being exposed to this, not everything goes smoothly but I'm still making huge steps in the right direction :) @Engelo Rumora Yes we are fortunate to have better financing options as Americans :) I'm not too savvy on neighborhood classes, but off the top of my head I'd say upper C to lower B.

If you think someday you want to re-expose them I recommend to use laminate or something without adhesive backing.
