I'm helping my father expand his RE portfolio.

I'm looking to build a wholesaling business around SFHs here in Southern California (Riverside County, specifically), then expand in time to MFHs, possibly commercial.

My wife and I have a large growing family and a home that perfectly fits our needs but want to expand our rental portfolio.

Seems reasonable that someone else could easily use tech to re-establish the lines for us instead of conducting a whole other pricey survey. 

150-200/month can easily be no income for two years if you need a new furnace or there is a plumbing issue.

Currently I hold a few rental properties in California, but I am looking to expand out of state mainly because of the cost to acquire new properties in California has made it difficult to grow here.

I already have a couple single family homes as rentals and would like to expand my portfolio more later on. 

This is my current debt, assets, credit and income info: Credit Score: If I pay off most of my revolving debt I should be able to get my credit score to 720-740 pretty easily.

Yes wholesale deals are typically off on reno & ARV. if it helps expand that’s a bonus, putting other peoples money to work while you grow your 50 doors congrats on that!
