I've spent some time trying to find the surviving sister online but am not having any luck, I'm assuming she is elderly as well so little to no online presence.- I mailed a hand-written letter to the deceased owner about a week and a half ago.  

Owner is an elderly women who is sick and lives with daughter.

There is another thread on here about an elderly couple who were good tenants for 5 years and ran out of money. 

While I don't yet have a real estate attorney or a team or anything, I have a decent lead that I don't know how to handle.I've been pursuing a Driving for Dollars property (near my house) for a while and today - from talking to the neighbor - was able to 1) find out the full story2) get the name and ph# of the owner (it's a son who would be selling the house for his elderly/dying mother who is in a nursing home)3) give them my business card and say that I was potentially interested in buying the house4) Find out that no one is planning to move into the home and that they intend to sell it when the elderly mother passes away.

Sad thing is: they are an elderly couple.

Hard to assess that without knowing the scope of services you need and what the bid entails.We had a huge rat infestation problem at the primary home of my elderly mother.

They have an exception for over 55 and the disabled is so families can take of their elderly parents and disabled family members primarily, thats the rationale.  

It was after an elderly relative let her cats run amok in her house.

I inherited a long term elderly tenant who has been in the home for 20+ years.

To people from many other countries these institutions, normal in America, are shocking with the thought being "how could you just leave your elder family member in a facility full of strangers."
