Assuming the nursing home residential does not have capacity to enter in agreement for sale, then you need to find the agent appointed under the power of attorney to sell the property now.

If the heirs did not have the capacity to refinance it and retain the property, or the ability to sell to realize a profit after paying off the reverse mortgage, there likely is not a great opportunity for you here.
