I was involved with probably 50 plus of them in the 3 years I was there. 85 to 88... tax reform hurt them. then the earth quake and the war in 89.. was a blood bath in 90 to 92.remember 90% of the folks on this site that do this are in the start up phase. they only know good times.

I wouldn't go crazy on the sink, even a single bowl sink will do fine for a rental, may even cost you less, even though that price looks pretty good. just a little FYI - the higher the number on the gauge of the metal, the thinner it is, that one is 18 gauge where one came up below it that was 16 gauge but over $200 - that one would be stronger.
