To find the local wholesalers, I suggest doing some research into what local Real Estate Investment Associations (usually via Meetup.com) are available and actively meeting.

Anyone know the cost of fees associated with a 1031?

Now, out of nowwhere an attorney for the Association contacted my husband saying that he needs to pay the HOA dues even if the debt has already been paid.

I have a friend and associate who is both an agent and investor. 

The other downside is that it's easier for a crazy neighbor to have an ill effect on the functioning of your association.

While there are many nuances associated with this space, I know a tad bit more than enough to be dangerous and I am looking to connect with those who have interest in the space or currently operate within it.Looking forward to talking!
