I like my residents with no affiliation with one another. 

I also foresee Penn buying more real estate in the area which means they’ll expand their mortgage program for Penn employees and affiliates(HUP). 

QUESTION:  That said, I would love some expert POV on which of the LLCs I should publicly affiliate myself with as the Founder & GM.

Something like " we MAY share your personal information with other affiliates in the nature of our business practices" followed with the usual   "in order that we may serve you better" blah blah. 

Pay attention to our local REIA - Stark County REIA to stay on top of local developments as were are an affiliate of the very active OREIA.
