We are starting to rent a single family home in a Co-living situation.

I actually acted as an agent and help a co-worker closed a deal.

I have a co-worker who purchased two properties for rent in Henrico this year that sounds like what you have in mind.

He never applied for a CO and occupied the property so the city actually went after him as well.

Without your knowledge nothing gets done...it's called being a co founder.

Ideally I'm looking for a co-host with local investing experience and connections, someone who is eager to help make this a consistent event and provide a quality meetup.  

Since David Greene has become a co host I can honestly say that over conversation with my friends we are constantly appreciating what David has brought to the podcast.

How does the locks work with a co-living style situation?

If people are low on credit scores or a little more risk and you want to rent to them, I would sugget having them do a co-signer or putting up another months rent.
