In vegas market there're lot of inventory to sell and lesser # of buyers.For MF, there will be oversupply starting next year especially in Southwest market.

With it's reputation and it's proximity to other large metropolitan areas, High Point is in a unique position moving forward.It's South West position to Greensboro, and its South East Position to Winston-Salem puts in this almost straight shot style of City after City after City in NC.

The main Dallas group meets 10/9 at Addison Marriott Quorum - 14901 Dallas Pkwy - Dallas, TX, 75254 - by the Galleria.There's a Richardson group that meets at RICHARDSON CIVIC CENTER, 411 West Arapaho Road, Richardson, Texas 75080 (Southwest corner of Arapaho Road and Central Expressway [US 75].)The BP community is awesome, and you've taken a great first step!

Presently I buy hold and rent several houses in emerging markets and speculate on several developed 1/2 acre plots in established developments near the bay in south west Flordia.  

North South, West, East, neighborhoods, school districts, a b or c class.

I came over here, the condo fell through, and now I own a 2-flat on the Southwest side of Chicago.

Logistics would indicate the southwest region.

Another area that has gone downhill is southwest baltimore.
