Added a swimming pool and added to the driveway, also added new HVAC, new privacy fence and tankless hot water heaters

If anyone is looking to do an arbitrage near downtown San Antonio currently, I just completed a set of 2 identical townhomes with full privacy backyard and 1 car enclosed garage. 

And done instantly, from the privacy of their own home, or whatever they wanted to be.

My only concern is privacy and noise.

I would not undervalue the benefit of privacy. 

The " I will take an indefinite leave from golf " statement is a BS ploy to back the media up and let him reestablish his veil of privacy.

@Jay Hinrichs it would be for both asset protection and privacy; I hear a lot of conflicting advice about this issue, some say just get a massive umbrella policy (which I plan to), others say get the insurance AND make sure the house isn't in your name.

In some cases, they are an erosion of privacy. 

I like my acreage and all the privacy we have now but with my kids growing up and leaving the nest it's getting quiet and lonely around here.
