So if someone wants you to do something that might increase the time on market (yes, boys and girls, off-market “available” is time on market and you all know it), but fall through, then they need to bring you more than a wing and a prayer or the old agent’s standby “I got buyers.”

Need help....Lease just turned into a month-to-month and my tenants who are Girlfriend/Boyfriend and both on the lease are breaking up and Girl wants to move out.

That’s what is happening with 99% of the guys and girls who are pounding the table in public forums on Bitcoin and crypto.

I asked my girl friend to room with me but she’s nervous about the area as well.

The next person they hired to replace him was a very nice girl, seemed like she was going to save the day. 

It's about 10 at night & me and my contractor are on the phone cussing each other out because I need him to come fix this now and he doesn't want to get up.Being that the girl has kids I don't want her water off all night and I don't want her angry and calling her case worker about this.
