I am putting a giant amount of down payment about 60% i really do not want to lose my house its a 3 year with a baloon payment..2. anything to watch out for in a hard money lender, i am really concern with them because they are not from big banks they are just private comapnies... anythign i shoudl watch out for?

They sit on a giant lava field and are a long ways from everywhere else, which is why the land is so cheap.  

Also I don't care what niche or niches you want to go after at KW there is someone in your office or in the network not only doing it in a big way, but a giant way.
