The lot may not have proper sloping away from the foundation, or the neighboring lots may be slightly higher in elevation than yours, which means your lot will be collecting additional watershed.

Hi Everyone,We have a NEW VENUE, our meeting on Feb 3rd will be at the Plaza Grill, in Arcata, right on the plaza(square).The address is 780 7th Street, on the third floor.If you come up the elevator in the back of the building, enter the restaurant, walk pass the bar to the sunken area in the middle of the floor.If you come in the front door and goes up the stairs, take a left at the top of the stairs , again we will be in the sunken area.We will be meeting at 5:30 and we will have a waiter if anyone would like a beverage or anything.
