I'm not sure what the expectation is for students at this particular college as far as how much they want to walk/drive/take public transportation, but my guess is it varies for each student, and it's great that there is a bus line nearby. 

Also there land development department will give us Developers packages all free these are bound reports with all the UTL info topo info schools transportation google maps etc etc.. those take usually about 3 days..

Somehow I guess they were using the used cars to transport drugs or something like that.

As we become a more mature investor, we just see investment as a transport and we can move/transfer our money from one asset class to another asset class.In my eye the most riskless investment right now is investing at gov. bonds as the yield is high and bond notes are trending up.

However, in markets with high rent growth, there will also be an influx of building contracts seeking that growth to offset their higher expenses (labor, materials, transportation, etc).

No different than a car - Could be a mode of transportation, a weapon, a hobby, a status symbol, a family heirloom, etc...A primary house when used correctly could be a wealth generator, safe place, home business, community gathering place or it could be a financial drag, a source of stress, etc...Depends on the user and how it's used

But, not a very good place if you don't care for live professional music shows (mostly country), theme parks, water rides, lake activities, night clubs, buffet style pig troughs, motels where Presidents have stayed and more convention centers meeting rooms per capita than probably anywhere in the country and cheap public transportation on theme set trolleys.More than a million visitors each year.

Also, I had to decline attending the August Mastermind because I couldn't afford the cost of the trip, hotel, transportation, etc after paying the exorbitant initial fee for the program.
