Info swap after we get back?

They are currently swapping g partners for banking which may create some hassles but the interest rate is exceptional and promised to stay sane or better.  

We swapped out to lithium over a year ago and see much better battery life.

But the real money is made like when his bank got bought out.. he made over 1 million in the stock swap.. that's where financial freedom comes from for many sale of a business or some other type of event that takes you along for the ride..

I would argue that not only is it possible to make money if you don't rehab yourself, it's absolutely necessary that you don't do the rehab yourself.Unless you are a licensed contractor, you shouldn't be doing things like removing walls, installing ceiling fans, swapping outlets, replacing windows, etc etc.

We identified the little things that would make a big difference: hardware would need to be changed out, bathrooms would need to be recaulked, cracked porcelain replaced, old ceiling fans, outlets, and switches all swapped out with new.

I'm hoping to find fellow investors to swap ideas and possibly work together if the right deal and person came along.
