I emailed Sage's Extension Department today, spelled out the facts, and asked them if I needed to do anything at this time.

If they agreed to provide the washer and dryer hookup and it was clearly spelled out in your contract, then get your attorney involved.  

The terms / costs of these services will be / should be fully spelled out in your contract with them.- With respect to SW, there are several well regarded systems available (my PM uses rentmanager; do a search on BP to find threads on this).

It is very well spelled out too.
