Building your network requires taking an interest in other professionals and cultivating genuine relationships.Unfortunately, some of your colleagues may have a scarcity mindset and hesitate to provide you with tips and advice, especially if they view you as a direct competitor.

Networking and building genuine relationships is huge.

I dont know much about the backend details but  just the speed and flexibility of the process, but also the potential financial efficiency it offered seemed attractive.While I understand that risks are involved , I genuinely feel that the real estate investment community could benefit from a deeper understanding of this financing tool.With that said its not a popular tool where i am however the USA seems to have a pretty progressive portfolio system Have any fellow investors explored or utilized securities-based lending in their real estate ventures?
