Sounds like an environmental nightmare...??

Even if we had the money there would be politicians and labor unions to deal with ( and maybe pay off ) environmental reviews , homeowners groups , lawsuits etc .Low barrier to entry and low price doesn’t necessarily mean low risk though as we’ve seen from those that have lost money with certain turnkey providers that promised real estate as a low / no risk “hands off “ way to create passive income and wealth .I agree also that a lot transfers and you often hear people on BP podcast and other places say things like “We aren’t in the real estate business we are in the marketing business “ especially if they are wholesaling for example .

Environmental Health Specialist......AKA ....Health Inspector....Actually I'm really excited to get started in  Real Estate Investing....The best way that i have found to be active in both is to set time aside along with my partners to discuss and plan our short term and long term goals.....along with many other things.

I make enough to have a choice, but I think it's fun challenging myself to spend as little as possible on what I consider to be wasteful or environmentally irresponsible.

She plans on a remote job and I plan on consulting/photography/environmental work in different countries on short contracts.

We don't have to call it climate change, but environmental risk factors or severe weather impacts the costs of real estate investment.

The problem is building and environmental restrictions make it difficult and expensive to build.

Environmental diversity is outstanding, ocean, mountains, desert all are in the county.
