After living in the mainland and now in HI the pay here is 30% less and cost of living is about ten percent higher than the rest but the good thing most people are cool driving around in Toyota’s unlike most affluent places in the mainland.It’s 2018 the Internet empowers you to connect with others who have done it remotely.

Women are great realtors.. :)   With your guys knowledge i bet she would do great at that and could work her own hours etc.I followed Boeing to Charleston SC when they moved the 787 there and that turned out to be a good move on our part. 

Women do look at things differently than men especially the aesthetics of a space.

I'm 45 and starting out in real estate now.We are women in our prime and with a life experience.

just show the deed to your insurance man/women and tell them you need insurance they will do the rest .. no sweat.

For instance launching an online underwriting service and a non-profit that houses women and children.

I sort of feel empowered to reach out to more people in this way to see if connections can be made.  

Perhaps empower them all to close it, keep it closed and even check if they can. 

I have also empowered many new investors to begin on the road to financial freedom through both conventional and unconventional investing strategy.
