I currently own 4 doors over here in the Southern-Orchards and Hungarian Village part of Columbus.

My strategy is buy & hold for stable cash flow with some appreciation over time. 

Was it overly complicated?

I have turned over all of units multiple times the highest vacancy I'll get us under 1 week becuase property will be up for rent 2 months prior from existing tenants moving out.

I remember visiting a buddy’s place in Austin years back..he had a similar setup over his detached garage and was convinced that adding a window unit and some carpet would let him count that space towards the home’s total square footage.

However, we are hoping to continue our investing portfolio where we currently live and have a lot of equity tied up in this home, preventing us from moving forward.

We use Solera and I have never had anyone question a wire over a cashiers check.

Ill give you a prime example. 46218 is a war zone by most investors stand point but guess what Zip had the most cash transactions over the last 3 years......46218!
