Where is the closest watermain in the City road?  

Kitchens, bathrooms, closests, parking....I don't know what yours are but I bet you have some.  

I live in Rocklin, Ca with the closest surrounding areas being Roseville and Lincoln. 

It is probably a good 5-10 minutes to the nearest major artery of big streets, and 5-10 minutes away from grocery/convenience stores, over 10 minutes away from closest Starbucks.

If possible, go to one of their closest offices as in person helps.

Closest STR is 3 minutes away from my house, the furthest is about 8 minutes. 

I'm hoping to find a solution that can be a standalone accounting and tracking option that does not require Quickbooks like Stessa, provides online rent collection, maintenance requests, and e-signing for leases like Avail, and can handle expense segregation for NNN leases and nested entities like Buildium or Appfolio.The closest solution I have found is Stratafolio. 

Not sure if he just didn't know how to work the machine, or if he didn't understand why I wanted to do that.... either way I was still polite because this IS the closest place to get something quickly.

Most of the East End neighborhoods closest to the hospitals and universities won't cash flow as long term rentals anymore and are starting to become unaffordable for owner occupants as well so it's spreading outwards.

The example closest to a $500k investment bringing in $4k is technically in Lakeway, not Austin.
