Hi all, I'm new to property management and trying to get a lease signed for the first property I've picked up to manage.

For such a small area having 6 listings currently active is pretty decent. 8 multi units have sold in the last 6 months there so investors ARE picking up properties that need work and successfully turning them around.

However, from what I've picked up on reading through forums and recommendations a good point of interest to meet other investors besides these forums would be the local REIA (Real Estate Investor's Association) chapter.
