Those new shingles just stood out like a sore thumb against the remainder of the roof.To this day, I still think about how much nicer that house would have been -- how its curb appeal would have been enhanced 100% -- had I done it right the first time.People pull up, they notice that new roof, and they know it's one less (expensive) thing that they're going to have to worry about.

In either case, provided there is not too much texture, you could remove the doors, and, perhaps, the boxes as well, and {spray} paint them {primer and finish coat(s)} and change the hardware to give a more modern look.

Rough Estimate on Repairs (Since I have not done an inspection on the property yet)New Roof: $15,000New A/C Units: $5,000 (Not sure yet how many will be needed hoping its not all 4)Interior Repairs: $10,000 (Drywall, paint, texture where necessary from leaks) New Resurfaced driveway: $7,500 (Hopefully a high estimate)This property is currently bringing in $2100 in while the 4th unit is vacant but has the potential for $2900/month.I am new to this and want to get some other opinions on my best plan of action.

Keeping in mind that my laborer probably only has 1 day to complete the job, it's probably not going to be the greatest-looking thing, non-textured, funny doorway (i.e. a sheet), but ostensibly it's another room.
