;-) Tim you would make it seem like i dislike america, i don't i love this country, i served in the navy for four years to do my part.I honestly like the old american idea where we don't intervene in other countries civil wars etc. we have two huge oceans to keep away terror from our shores, that worked for quite sometime and when that sovereignty was broken on 9/11 we should have went for the true terrorist.

Iran secret nuclear facility - now what?

We would have watched the coverage on TV, talked about it, and then quickly moved on, just like the Madrid train bombing, the Mumbai attacks last year, the Qahtaniya bombings in 2007, the Mumbai train attacks a few years ago, the Beslan attacks, etc.In all of these, at least a couple hundred people were killed and hundreds were injured, but other than during the TV coverage of the attacks, Americans didn't really seem to give it much notice.Or how about the fact that a couple hundred people in Iraq are killed every month by terrorism.

Don't have the Down Payment but want to own rental property
30 September 2012 | 28 replies
I don't know your specific market but I believe that would be extremely difficult to cash flow with numbers like that after expenses.Owning rental property is a capital intensive business and not having adequate reserves could lead to making bad decisions.I would spend some time on BP reading about the 50% and 2% rule when evaluating properties as well as discussions that outline the true costs of owning and operating rental property.I would assume that want to get into owning rental property to enhance the quality of your life.

RE wholesaling in Florida is highly illegal?
1 July 2018 | 150 replies
I am an internet marketer myself and have a public friendly website for my RE Business, but in trying to figure out how I can legally use it to enhance my business, I realized that I would be violating tons of FL RE laws by also owning a website LLC doing RE business online, soliciting etc, without a license.I was one of those that did every search I possibly could to see if I could wholesale without a license and cut corners, but then I realized no matter what, it is illegal and besides, all that research made me realize that having the RE license will only enhance my entire operation.
