Full disclosure that I'm biased because I grew up in Greene County, but I disagree that STR regs will relax post covid.

I have a wife and 2 kids and with the W2 I work nights, and a side job after I get off leaving me no time for family or hardly relaxation.

The deal had so much margin that I was convinced I could be slightly relaxed with this and still make a ton.Contractors ended up taking advantage, overbilled, underperformed, finishings were horrible and no offer went through.

I get to sit back, relax, have a drink and enjoy a steak that someone else prepares, brings to me, and cleans up after me.

Yeah you seem very nervous from your responses, just try to relax just go with your gut , practice what your gonna say to your fiancé, dog, cat, sister, brother whoever just someone so you can get the words out that u need to say.

I find it more relaxing then an argument.
