Main thing to consider Id say is the occupancy limit on unrelated people living together.

Definitely better schools in Rockwall, I think more people commute into Dallas from Royse City than Rockwall too.

Also remember just because a loan may qualify as being assumable the lender will go through a thorough underwriting process to confirm you meet eligibility for the loan.I have seen a guru teaching people with poor credit to go after these types of loans and it’s unfortunate as many would most likely not qualify.

Yes, I've heard that with first bank, but to be fair, I've heard many people complain about all 3 of them.   

The neighborhoods around there are prime for your strategy.Would love to get you connected to some people that are doing this strategy in Indianapolis.

I'm okay with having it out there for people that want to take advantage of my expertise in infill development that may want to partner however. =)

There are plenty/almost all towns in MN with populations under 2,000 people where you can buy a $50,000 house and rent it out for $600/mo+ and lose your shirt. 

So now instead of feeding the hungry stock market you can feed the hungry rental.I have watched people keep big debt on their home and then have the stock market crash.
