I need an accountability partner and a mentor……any ideas guys?

My business partner and I are in the process of ending a very successful 10+ year partnership in which we managed to build a portfolio of 50+ units through the BRRR method. 

A partner and I own a 6 unit in Barre VT. 

In a 1031 exchange I had to hammer both with  threats due to the agreement to cooperate and the constant surprises of new partners and unfilled liens with an approaching lapse of the 180 day limit. 

I and my partner we’re looking to wholesale in the area.  

I think of it this way- A minimum of 10% of all my partner and I earn we give back.

Being not local you'd have to pay someone to do so or partner. 

Rahul, I have about 10 you can talk to. you'll also want to have an equity partner with new build experience so you can get the best terms. most of ours are national lenders. we doing joint parnterhsips for new builds and take a small interest in a single purpose entity for example:Rahuls New Build LLC (95% owner)Pink Development and Construction LLC (5% owner, no voting or distribution rights)Take title to "Miami New Build Limited Partnership LLC" which is a single purpose entity.
