I'm dealing with a lot of debt, and it's starting to feel pretty overwhelming.

Question is if we have a conversation with each tenant about what they feel is a fair rent and one says $1375 and the other says $1400, and $1400 is our target - should we accept separate rent amounts?

Seeing them "graduate" out of the halfway house to a non-halfway house rental (or even a home) is the best feeling you can have.  

I have hit up some agents, but they all just sign me up for their OneHome (or other MLS notifications) and I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere with those.
