Hey Chris - I think this is a question of learning to be an entrepreneur vs a technician. 

If you DO get licensed, do NOT become one of the agents that pretend to be an entrepreneur, never goes 'full-on' and takes the broker exam, and just uses another out of state brokerage for their marketing and exposure.

I always knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur in my life and never had a disposition or desire to work for anyone else & make hem rich when I could be doing that for myself.
