They are also adding a new interstate entrance ramp for Austin so that will make my total drive time from my house to the downtown Little Rock area maybe 25-30 minutes.

Its hard to come across multi-units especially in ATL so I've actually resulted in house hacking homes with large basements and adding a kitchen, laundry hookups and private entrances to sort of make a duplex (that is if they don't already have those things which is quite common.)

There are entrances to the National Park in Cosby, Pittman Center, Gatlinburg, and Townsend.  

And it's near the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park.
