Other eastern Washington strongholds for value and cash flow can be Tri-Cities and Yakima.On the western side of the state, there are strong dynamics going on in several I-5 corridor communities north of Seattle (such as Bellingham and pockets of Mount Vernon).

Hi @Dan Durusky,Have you considered looking at investment properties in Rhode Island or south eastern MA where prices are a lot lower?

The only “walkable” grocery store (Publix) is on the eastern border of Seaside and the only properties within walking distance there are large single-family houses in Watercolor that are all outside of your budget.I would recommend looking into Destin, specifically the Crystal Beach area as you will find all the amenities you’re looking for around Destin Commons.

Here in the Atlanta market I prefer to buy houses no more than 35 years old in the north and eastern suburbs, such as Lawrenceville, Snellville, Lithonia and Stone Mountain, GA.

In East Lake, stay on the South East Lake side, and try to stay in the eastern part toward Ruffner.
