I bought a roll for one of my buildings as a courtesy to show them what the right product was, and my tenant who takes out the trash said other tenants were using the bags for the household trash!

Call local tradesmen and askThis obviously isn't a comprehensive list, but costs for materials/labor can vary by area and season so I'd probably take a trip to Home Depot/Lowes/Menards etc. and start seeing how much things costs.
