Its flexible tax laws are a blessing for investors especially in this climate of a booming economy.

I realize you are in a cooler climate but I think it appeals to many types of buyers, investors, families, pet owners etc. 

Also the milder climate results in less maintenance.

The climates are much different and Columbus is relatively flat.

Nothing like trying to escape to the mountains and bombarded with people everywhere.Best of all light traffic (at worst) and best climate in the state if you ask me. 

There may be less of them out there in this climate, but it's worth calling around.
