Lots of movement in our city!

ahh, movement from the bank - closing just 14 days late :) I'll take it. 

I did write up my 2014 but its late and I'm using that as an excuse to not assess myself.That being said, I've had some positive movement this year.

Any movement on the meetup? 

I’m intrigued by the recent movement in short term rental arbitrage, both from a landlord perspective (marketing and renting to folks looking to conduct short term rental arbitrage) and from an arbiter perspective.

The more extreme the saturation or drought around your dwelling, the more likely it is to cause major movement and cracks in your walls, ceilings, & foundation.  

Although they’re not strongly correlated, there is enough data to show that cap rate tracks the movement of interest rate (some say cap rate tracks the movement of 10-year TBill yield which influences interest rates in general).
