Hugh gives a plausible explanation of an attempt to manipulate search engine results - though there would diminished benefit of trying this on an English, North American site from China or North Korea ... someone who can read the posts, could probably help identify their source (some one who sees the source IP addresses could also tell)I would think Cloudfare should be running intrusion/DoS detection on its perimeter and be blocking the IP source networks  - at least temporarily.

Works for non English speaking tenants also.  

Well, you sure cant go wrong with an English speaking country that has 2-3 Hour direct flights from many different airports in the United States.

I found a buyer (who was using an investor friendly agent which I agreed to pay a fee since the buyer doesn't speak any english and its not necessarily the best deal).  

As a contractor I get all these weird texts with broken english from people wanting me to do work at their house. 

I'm now evaluating it as a cost/benefit issue, and the costs are beginning to outweigh the benefits.2) Is it worth it to fix up the condo and be a landlord, all the while being a full-time English teacher AND dealing with a shifty HOA president who is rather passive and hands off, and who could possibly be lying and/or embezzling?
