We have usually have between 80 and 100 people at our monthly meetings which typically fature an industry speaker, legal updates and networking - we have not had MTR as a specific topic yet and maybe we should!

You could ask your accountant about options for bonus depreciation or possibly updating the properties in order to receive depreciation deductions or write-offs for repairs, maintenance, etc.

Update on our experience so far.

I haven't because it's more networking with a short presentation and market update.

What I noticed was the ones who invested just post GR were completely behind the mark, the one's who've been in it for longer were great at anticipation.I've asked all for updated pro formas and seeing how they evaluate the headwinds this time off updated rates, insurances, taxes, etc., If it's a reasonable, the capital call in my opinion is less of an issue than folding like a lawn chair.
