In consideration of services rendered, the Client agrees to pay the Agent in the amount of 2% of the gross loan amount (the “Fee”) to the Agent upon the Client’s execution of this Agreement and paid via ACH or wire pursuant to forms executed by the Client. 

ACH transfer from bank account to our LLC's AR bank account works great for us.  

If he paid by some sort of ACH transfer or online somehow the date should be pretty clear.

Runaway from all the pain and head aches

They get a flat % interest rate and just get a check in the mail or ACH from us.

One downside - the ACH transfer process does take a few days so if you need the cash immediately I would not use this site. 

@Ben Warren- Payment: I have my tenants set up automatic direct deposit (ACH transfer).

If I had to go this way, I'd make sure I made the mortgage payment via ACH to the lenders account.Both of these deal types are searchable on BP and the internet.  

I like the ease of setting up ACH payments through our own branded website, and the accounting isn't too difficult once you get the hang of it.

If you leave any small detail up to them, they'll put light switches in the middle of rooms, medicine cabinets not centered, doors opening the wrong way,,,, they are all about the easiest, not what's right.
