Thanks @Elizabeth Wilson, Its a love hate relationship, haha, i do love it here though. my only concern about this site is that probably all the rules and regulations  and stuff like taxes etc are going to be quite different from here, and will be harder for me to ask questions, but there's only one way to find out.

When I take title to property, that includes beneficial interests in trust deed notes, I would vest as follows: John Doe and Mary Doe, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided 50% interest; and William Smith and Elizabeth Smith, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided 50% interest.
