There are city council meetings, zoning commissions and meetings, variance hearings ect ect so you and everyone that complains about density has every right to prevent these things, but I have a feeling you and others are too lazy to do so.

The very thin line between general solicitation and private placement will be the basis for much of the court arguments.For anyone doing syndications, the council of an experienced, knowledgeable securities attorney is a neccessity.

This isn't something that we can deal with.Our bond council and underwriter (top 5 firms) suggested that we gather a group of private investors to back the bonds through the construction and fill up period (first 18 months).

You may need / want to invite some people on board as your advisory council.
