Turnover is higher, repairs are higher, but I also find tons of deals on properties because most people can't seem to handle them.By going into it with the expectation of higher turnover, repairs and what not I feel like I've been able to formulate a workable strategy on the properties to continue to be profitable.

Thank you John for your advice,we are trying to connect with a land lord attorney, my husband has gone out and unlocked the gate, mobile home and shed he has access to .....he was allowed one shed and has broken into our sheds.....we cannot even leave our property...we hope to sell a couple of old boats( non workable) and go to court on Monday.....I have run a across low lives in my life and i am not dumb or ignorant, just we were scammed and it hurts....and yes I believe some of the sheriffs down here are corrupt and will not even listen....the tenant is we believe also on drugs....John, I used to have family in Wheatridge XXXX W 38th street for many years....I think my cousin still lives there...thank you...PB
