Has anyone ever worked with New Western in Los Angeles. 

My wife and I have been investing in Stillwater and Western WI since 2019.

Me and my team sell a lot of houses in the Chicago area, particularly in the western suburbs.

And last, but not least, if they are going to be pushy with it like most off-market folks such as New Western  & the likes are, just operate at your own pace.

I have a 2 unit property in the western suburbs that could be well suited to be an elder care home for 3-4 residents.

New Western is a great wholesaler in the San Antonio area.

Jack Bosch and a lot of the land flipper guys who teach it like to have their students buying in the high deserts and remote areas of the Western US  or in FLA like le High Acres etc. this is were cheap land is and land that gets traded constantly at tax sales.. the play for most of them is really simple.buy at tax sale or with direct mail.. for a few grand  re-market them for more and sell on terms and collect monthly payments..
