All the people who do not live there are sitting around in our underwear getting fat on our couches and are like "yeah they are mismanaging a wildfire" and most of us cannot put out a candle never mind a fire - like we are all now experts on how to put out wildfires.... the cow mtn fire in Lake co  Ca in 1981 the fire line was over 10 miles wide and moving at 10 to 15 miles and hour I sat and watched it from my house only thing that kept it from getting to us was the pear orchards. sky is dark as night and ash everywhere and in that fire the temp was about 108 or so.. its other worldly no stopping it.. .same kind of terrain and fuel load as LA vegitation.. heavy brush..

I also watched Chad Carson's videos about being a small but might investor. 

(I have children that could no longer play in the backyard unless someone sat and watched them) i replaced the 15yr old garbage disposal out of my pocket so I wouldn't have to deal with the incompetent plummer again.

Is there anyone they partner with here to put on US MLS, eBay, FB, all the social media sites, craigslist, land watch, land.com, etc.Who is your target buyer? 

I personally would have to have one of the windows replaced before I'd feel comfortable renting it, but that's just me and based on personal experience including a traumatic one from childhood in watching the apartment building next to ours burn in the middle of the night.

The 10 year is everything we're watching here.

It would be nice to see this kind of protest on television news just like the "free rent protests".

We have recently partnered with Outsite.co, one of the largest coworking/coliving communities in the world to handle booking and management.The property itself has appreciated and we are watching the market to determine the best time to hold a capital event.

It was pretty interesting watching this all play out..
