Then start the painful process of trying to notifying, move/store and auction off the abandoned property.I've thoroughly researched the SB1079 laws and qualify as a prospective owner/occupant since we honestly plan to use the home as our primary residence.I guess my primary question is, is there anything I seem to be missing and need to look into?

But if you have enough room to expand the warehouse portion of the pemb, the topo is level, not hitting on a setback or ROW, an easement, etc…..then why not expand?

Maybe sign your own lease (from Wisconsin Legal Blank, store in Milwaukee or order online) but keep it MTM.Also, a little brokerage 101: when you ask for something in an offer, always make sure it is specific, with a deadline and includes consequences.
