That would be a considerable interest payment on that money I would assumeUnfortunately they also have not submitted their audited financials to the SEC so unless investors have received the financials, would it not be impossible to determine the current financial position of the company?

@Rae Chris, finding a "0% down" loan is hard, if not impossible today, even with your first property as collateral.  

His dad doesn't own any vehicle.  

But it can be impossible for others who just don’t have those resources.

Or coming out of a Ford dealership with a brand new Mustang GT vehicle.

You can save but it'll take years and it's nearly impossible to get ahead of inflation by saving, so you get creative and rental arbitrage is just that.
