I know most people only come online and post reviews when they’re upset (because that’s when they want to be heard and vent), but I feel Lance is getting some really unfair one-sided criticism here, and I wanted to share a much different experience I myself had with him.I went into real estate knowing very little.

Were the houses in reasonable shape or were they trashed by an upset previous owner?

If there happened to be an event in the market that upset the financial lenders, they are toast.

Not to mention, when these issues were brought up the teams would lash out and become very upset about feedback. ;-( 

Account Closed I would also advise to raise the rent a little each year but not enough to make then upset or run away.

Ended up setting things up myself because I needed to get **** done, learning the hard way I suppose, and it just seemed like a waste of time and money to deal with them. 

or:Do I say: "Sorry, Ive changed my mind and the discount does not apply", but then she will get upset and will move out and its financially better for me to keep her for at least one more year...What would u do?

Sounds like it went under contract and now the buyer is upset because you didn't extend with the wholesaler and their deal fell apart.
