Getting a Property at 50% of market value is great if the property has all of the characteristics you are looking for.

So, my question is whether fourplexes are always considered residential properties, or, can they be commercial based on a certain characteristic they have?

If the bedrooms have some ornate trim or some defining characteristic, we try to preserve as much as possible.
