I'm currently using both to see which I like better.Word of caution - it's really hard to drive traffic to these sites, as most people just want to use ABB & VRBO. 

It's just normal wear and tear on any house as they are high traffic areas.

If you're already uploading to Zillow, Apartments.com, and Craigslist, I think that's where you will see the most traffic and those are also the least expensive options.

Located in eastern Iowa it isn't a high traffic area.

It's very expensive, has horrible traffic on restrictive roads due to the geography, but is very beautiful, not much snow, milder temperature swings, great hiking and outdoor activities such as 4x4 or hot air balloon tours - very touristy.  

We focus on year round areas that have high traffic for pleasure and business.

My suggestions knowing the neighborhood are that you do have traffic, street dust, noise, rif raff at 2 in the morning.

At the end of the day it's all about the Value you bring to the table.There are many great agents out there, that worth their weight in gold and I promise you they're not the ones who willing to list a house for 2%. a great agent can bring more traffic and more offers on table and smoth transaction.

Probably low traffic for most churches...maybe Wed night and Sunday morning. 

In a saturated market with high traffic, the play is to create properties that are decorated and themed extremely well so they will pop out online.
