Chris I know this is an old thread however I did actually go to their Oakland CA office and get a tour and have a meeting with the owners/developers. 

These Sponsors tour the convention circuits and roll out robust social media brands to get their name out and raise funds from smaller investors.

They are personable to family and caregivers - after all they will be the face of the business and will be giving tours and going over house info with potential clients.

They also have an awesome self-service tour schedule signup page that is included through your listing.

I am not an expert on Cleveland or Columbus but I will strongly recommend you visit the cities you may be interested in and tour the local market with a Broker/Agent that specializes in rentals.

After touring the property and running the numbers, we decided we could not pass on it.

And flying out lake Chelan to Stehken for the air tours  such awesome country and such a well kept secret.. 

If you're that concerned, request to tour their current home and see how they keep it.

And than video, should always have a walk through video tour, a decent one, not some shaky running around spinny spinny thing.

I know the process of touring houses, getting home inspection, researching market rents, looking for tenants, screening tenants, etc takes up a lot of time.
