Keeping giant investors out of the single family housing market is another one.Rents keep flatlining/declining.

A ton of Californian investors are buying here because of all of the tech growth.

The reality is that the new generation of native-born Americans don't want to build houses, they all want cushy high-paid jobs in tech or finance etc. or to get rich quick off of crypto or being a youtuber or running internet businesses, etc. very few of them want to work in the trades. 

Any advice on working with tech employers for placing rentals for 30-day stays / MTRs for corporate housing in the Bay Area?

Most of them are just a giant letdown. 

In my opinion (what I learnt from my tech partners) is to Build multiple source of referrals to your website and make your website an information hub.

Urban areas like Austin still attract buyers for the lifestyle and tech-driven job market.I believe more buyers will lean towards the suburban areas because of interest rates and getting more for their money.

I assume a tech savy tax pro would not come across this though.
