It is a roaring business; 30+ machines, kids play area, vending machine snack bar area-cards again, and wash and fold, which I wanted (did not actually use the machines).

There is liability, someone slipping, ya know.. stuff happens.I'd either do that, or the ATM or snack machines... or better yet-- why not both?!

I will provide some snacks and drinks if need be.

Lots of commercial properteis changing hands in there right now, renovations happening on them and there are some really tasty prices on newer condos right now.

Just bring plenty of things to keep them busy coloring books, snacks, electronics, etc.... and you will be fine. 

I'm not going to pay anyone for the knowledge I can learn somewhere else for free.If it was an ongoing networking group has you spend $40 for ticket at cool, trendy location but you get a couple beers and some snacks for free, that's one thing.Shelling out that kind of cash, in my opinion, is an absolute waste for information you can probably learn here for free (or $30 a month if you decide to go PRO).

Several residents seem to enjoy hanging out outside along the street throughout the day.My thought is to put a snack machine and a soda machine on the side wall of unit #1 of this property.
